The main influence of oil on air compressor performance is the oil pressure difference, and the pressure difference of oil content will affect the air compressor performance:
1. Initial pressure difference. Generally speaking, the oil content of different manufacturers and different practices, the initial pressure difference is generally not too big, and the general difference is 0.1 to 0.2 kg. Therefore, the difference between the oil content of different manufacturers and different practices on energy efficiency will not be particularly large. Of course, if the oil content of the lower the initial pressure difference is used, the energy efficiency will be slightly higher.

2. Oil in the middle and late pressure difference. If the pressure difference in the middle and late stages of oil is low, it will greatly improve the performance of air compressor; On the contrary, if the pressure difference between the middle and late stages of the oil is large, the efficiency of air compressor will be greatly reduced. The pressure difference between the middle and late stages of oil is large, which is generally caused by four aspects:

1. Dust capacity of oil filter. Many people mistakenly think that the oil filter is an interception filtration principle, that the higher the filtration accuracy, the better, in fact, the oil filter is an adsorption filtration principle, and the filtration accuracy need not be too high. Lubricating oil is a viscous liquid, the filtration accuracy is too high but not good, the filtration accuracy can reach medium. The filtration effect of the oil filter mainly depends on the size of the dust capacity, rather than solely on the filtration accuracy of the oil filter. 3. Anti-aging ability of oil filter. Anti-aging oil filter is not strong, in the late period not only does not filter, filter paper carbonization will form a new source of pollution, increase the oil partial pressure difference, reduce air compressor function.
