The normal operation of the air compressor should pay attention to the following points in the maintenance work:

(2) Regularly check the temperature rise of the air compressor. Commonly used thermometers measure the temperature rise, and it should be noted that the temperature and temperature rise should not exceed the maximum allowable value.

(3) The vibration of the air compressor is within the qualified range. Monitor bearing for abnormal noise, seal to be good. Bearing oil color, oil level is normal, bearing temperature is normal.

(4) Check the transmission device of the air compressor. During normal operation, the air compressor should sound evenly, without noise and special calls.

(5) Keep the air compressor body and the surrounding clean. When cleaning, do not absorb debris, ash and Xiang air into the air compressor.

(6) The air compressor cooling and ventilation system should be normal.

2. How to do the inspection work in the trial operation of the air compressor?
In the trial operation of the air compressor, the following inspection work should be done:

(1) Check that the rotation direction of the air compressor is consistent with the required rotation direction.

(2). Record the startup time. The no-load current should conform to the specified value of the air compressor manufacturer.

(3). Record no-load current. The no-load current of the specified air compressor is about 30% of the rated current.

(4) Stator current no periodic swing, three-phase current balance, the difference is not more than 10%.

(5) Check whether the axial movement of the air compressor (refers to the plain bearing) exceeds the regulations.

(6) Measure whether the vibration of the air compressor exceeds the requirements, and for unimportant air compressors with a capacity of 40kW and below, the vibration value is not measured, but it should be observed by touch.

(7). Check whether the commutator, the collector ring and the brush work normally, and observe the spark situation (there is a slight spark under the brush).

(8) Check whether the air compressor shell is overheating, and whether the bearing temperature meets the requirements of the manufacturer (for the insulated bearings, the shaft voltage should also be measured).

(9) The no-load test run time of the air compressor should be more than 30min, in order to make the air compressor enter a relatively stable operation stage.

(10). Measure the temperature and temperature change of each part of the air compressor.

(11). There is no noise in operation.
