How to determine the thermal stability of the air compressor during operation?
1. How to determine the heat stability of the air compressor?
After the air compressor runs for a certain time under specified conditions, within 1h before and after, when the stabilization value of the air compressor does not exceed the norm, it indicates that the temperature rise of the air compressor has been stable.
Air compressors with continuous working system and periodic working system generally need to run for 3 to 4 hours to achieve thermal stability. The large air compressor with a large number of poles has a longer thermal stability time.
2. What is the maximum allowable temperature rise of air compressor?
The maximum allowable temperature rise stipulated by the air compressor refers to the limit value of the temperature of the air compressor higher than the ambient temperature at a certain ambient temperature (national standard: ambient temperature is 40'C).
It is generally determined by the motor manufacturer according to the grade of insulation material used in the motor. For example, the temperature rise marked on the nameplate of an air compressor is 70, indicating that when the ambient temperature is 40C, the temperature of the winding cannot exceed 110"C.
That is to say, the allowable temperature rise of the air compressor is equal to the allowable temperature of the winding minus the specified ambient temperature.

3. What is the maximum allowable temperature of air compressor?
The maximum allowable temperature of the air compressor refers to the maximum value of the actual heating temperature allowed by each part of the air compressor.
It has a great impact on the insulation material of the air compressor, because the heat resistance limit temperature of each insulation material of the air compressor is certain. Too high temperature will make the insulation aging, shorten the service life of the air compressor, and even damage the insulation and burn the air compressor.
4. What data should be measured after the newly put into operation or repaired air compressor is started?
After the new operation or maintenance of the air compressor starts, the following data should be measured immediately:
(1) Measure the three-phase no-load current of the stator winding.
(2) Measure the three-phase load current of the stator winding.
(3) For the low-voltage three-phase air compressor to use a clamp ammeter to measure the three-phase current.
(4) The air compressor around the linear rotor should also measure the three-phase current of the rotor winding.
(5) Measure the vibration value of the air compressor, including axial and radial.
(6) After the running time reaches a stable temperature, measure the temperature of each part of the air compressor.
