1. Breakdown voltage
The breakdown voltage is only for the lubricating oil used in the closed refrigeration compressor, because the lubricating oil and the built-in motor winding have direct contact, and its insulation performance is very important.

When the lubricant contains water, fiber, dust and other small impurities, its insulation performance will be reduced. Generally, the breakdown voltage (at 25 ° C) is above 25kV.

In addition, when choosing refrigerant oil, a fixed grade of refrigerant oil should be selected for each compressor. If it needs to be replaced, it must be of the same manufacturer and the same brand, and mixed use is not allowed.

Because the composition and additives of various grades of refrigerated oil are different, mixing will accelerate the aging of lubricating oil.

When replacing different refrigerated oil, the crude oil should be drained, and the entire lubrication system should be cleaned, and then injected with new oil.

R12 and R22 are miscible or partially miscible with lubricating oil, so the original lubricating oil cannot be completely removed.

In this way, in the short-term operation after the replacement of lubricating oil, the quality of lubricating oil should be checked in time, and replaced once or twice.

2. Disassembly and assembly of internal meshing rotor pump
When disassembling the oil pump, the oil pipe between the oil pump and the oil three-way valve should be removed first, and then the nut on the filter should be removed, and the fine filter and pump cover can be removed.

When the inner meshing rotor pump is assembled, the oil groove is lubricated, the oil passage gasket is installed, and then the inner and outer rotors are loaded into the pump body, and the pump shaft can be rotated flexibly.

Then, the pump cover is aligned with the positioning pin on the pump body, and the screw is symmetrically tightened. At last. Load the drive block into the crankshaft end slot and turn the crankshaft for several weeks to ensure that the oil pump rotates flexibly.

The mechanical impurities in the lubricating oil will accelerate the wear of the parts, and also increase the possibility of the blockage of the oil circuit, so the mechanical impurities are as little as possible, and the general provisions shall not exceed 0.01%(by mass).
